By creating an account or otherwise using features of SPT.SN that require acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SPT.SN is an event discovery and social platform.
Depending on the functionality available from time to time, users may:
- search and browse events;
- receive event recommendations;
- use location-based discovery;
- save or mark events as favourites;
- create and publish events;
- create or manage Entity or Business pages;
- follow other users or entities;
- publish comments, photographs and other content;
- communicate through chats and social features;
- organise contacts and Circles;
- share events and invitations;
- use AI-assisted search and recommendations;
- subscribe to newsletters or notifications;
- access ticketing and booking services provided by third parties.
Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued over time.
2. Eligibility and age
You may browse publicly available parts of SPT.SN without creating an account.
You must be at least 15 years old to create or use an SPT.SN account.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
SPT.SN may impose a higher minimum age for specific features where required by law, by an event organiser or by a third-party service provider.
Events may themselves have age restrictions. Eligibility to use SPT.SN does not mean that a user is eligible to attend every event displayed on the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- keeping your account credentials secure;
- activities carried out through your account;
- promptly informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create an account using another person's identity without authorisation.
We may request reasonable verification where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, verify a Business or Entity account or comply with legal obligations.
4. Entity and Business accounts
Users may be able to create or administer pages representing companies, organisations, venues, communities or other entities.
By creating, claiming or administering such a page, you represent that you are authorised to do so or otherwise have a legitimate basis to represent that entity.
SPT.SN may request verification and may transfer, restrict or remove administrative control where reasonably necessary to resolve impersonation, ownership or authority disputes.
5. Events and event information
Events displayed on SPT.SN may be:
- created directly by users or organisers;
- supplied through partners or APIs;
- obtained from publicly available sources;
- imported or aggregated from third-party sources.
We aim to present useful and accurate event information but do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, current or error-free.
Event organisers may change or cancel events without notice to SPT.SN.
Before travelling to or purchasing access to an event, users should verify important information with the organiser or ticket provider.
6. Tickets, bookings and third-party services
SPT.SN may display ticket information and may provide links, embedded interfaces or technical integrations that allow users to initiate or complete a ticket purchase or reservation.
Unless expressly identified otherwise at the time of purchase:
- SPT.SN is not the ticket seller;
- SPT.SN is not the merchant of record;
- payments are processed by the relevant ticket provider, organiser or payment provider;
- the contract for the ticket or booking is concluded between the user and the relevant third-party provider.
The third-party provider's own terms, refund policy, cancellation conditions and privacy policy may therefore apply.
SPT.SN is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, event admission decisions, seat allocation or fulfilment of third-party ticketing contracts except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. User Content
“User Content” means information submitted, uploaded, created or made available by users through SPT.SN, including events, descriptions, comments, messages, images, photographs, profile information and other materials.
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.
By making User Content available through SPT.SN, you grant Alcor Consulting, poslovno svetovanje d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically modify, format, display, communicate and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- operate SPT.SN;
- display the content to other users;
- enable sharing and social functionality;
- create previews, thumbnails or technical adaptations;
- promote the relevant event, content or SPT.SN itself within and outside the Service.
This licence lasts for as long as the content remains available through SPT.SN and for a reasonable technical period afterwards, including backup and legal retention periods.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to SPT.SN.
8. Your responsibility for User Content
You may only upload or publish content that you have the right to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not unlawfully infringe:
- copyrights or related rights;
- trademark rights;
- privacy or data protection rights;
- image or personality rights;
- contractual or confidentiality obligations;
- any other rights of third parties.
Where you upload images or information concerning other identifiable people, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis or permission where required.
9. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use SPT.SN to publish, transmit or facilitate content or activity that:
- is illegal;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- unlawfully violates privacy or personal data rights;
- constitutes fraud, impersonation or deliberate deception;
- contains unlawful threats, harassment or targeted abuse;
- incites violence or unlawful discrimination;
- promotes or facilitates illegal goods, services or activities;
- contains malware, malicious code or attempts to interfere with the Service;
- involves unauthorised automated scraping or extraction;
- is spam or abusive commercial solicitation;
- deliberately provides materially false event information;
- otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
The fact that content is controversial, unpopular or critical does not by itself make it prohibited.
10. Content moderation
SPT.SN may review User Content when:
- we receive a report or complaint;
- automated or technical systems identify potential abuse or security risks;
- moderation is necessary to enforce these Terms;
- we are required to act by law or by a competent authority.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- leave content unchanged;
- reduce its visibility;
- remove or disable access to it;
- restrict particular features;
- issue a warning;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently terminate an account.
We will seek to apply such measures in an objective and proportionate manner, taking into account the nature and seriousness of the issue, its frequency, context and the rights and legitimate interests of affected users.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide affected users with information about the relevant moderation decision and available means of redress.
11. Reporting illegal or prohibited content
Anyone may notify us about content that they believe is illegal or violates these Terms.
Reports may be submitted to:
office@aihub.pro
To allow us to assess a report efficiently, it should contain where possible:
- the exact location or link to the content;
- an explanation of why the content is considered illegal or prohibited;
- the name and contact details of the reporting person, except where anonymity is permitted by law;
- a statement that the report is submitted in good faith and that the information provided is accurate.
We may request additional information where necessary.
Submitting a report does not automatically mean that the reported content will be removed.
12. Misuse of reporting and platform functions
Users must not repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded reports or complaints.
Users must also not repeatedly publish manifestly illegal content.
Where serious or repeated misuse occurs, SPT.SN may, after appropriate warning where required, temporarily suspend access to relevant functions or the account.
In determining whether such conduct constitutes misuse, we may consider the number, frequency, proportion and seriousness of the relevant submissions or violations and their consequences.
13. AI-powered functions
SPT.SN may use artificial intelligence services to provide functions such as search, recommendations, categorisation, summaries or other assistance.
AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as authoritative information.
Users should independently verify information that is important to their decisions, particularly event dates, locations, prices, ticket availability, safety information and admission conditions.
AI recommendations are intended to assist discovery. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialised advice.
14. Location-based services
If you enable location permissions, SPT.SN may use your device location to show nearby events, calculate relevant distances or improve recommendations.
You can control device-level location permissions through your operating system.
Location accuracy depends on your device and third-party location technologies and is not guaranteed.
15. Contacts, invitations and social features
If you choose to grant SPT.SN access to contacts or use invitation functions, you must use those features responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
You should not use SPT.SN to send unwanted, unlawful or abusive invitations or messages.
You remain responsible for content you send to other users or contacts.
16. Third-party links and integrations
SPT.SN may integrate or link to third-party websites, maps, authentication providers, ticket sellers or other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
A link, integration or display of third-party content does not necessarily constitute endorsement by SPT.SN.
17. Intellectual property of SPT.SN
SPT.SN and its software, design, databases, interface, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, you may not:
- copy or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Service;
- reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections;
- use SPT.SN trademarks in a misleading manner;
- operate automated systems that materially interfere with the Service.
18. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SPT.SN available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify the Service and these Terms where reasonably necessary because of:
- changes to functionality;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security requirements;
- changes in business or technical operation.
Where a change materially affects registered users, we will provide reasonable notice where required or practicable.
19. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using SPT.SN and request deletion of your account at any time, subject to any legally required retention.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
- illegal activity;
- fraud or security threats;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- misuse of the Service;
- requirements imposed by law or competent authorities.
Where appropriate and legally required, users will be informed of the reasons and available means of redress.
20. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SPT.SN provides a platform for discovering and sharing information about events.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:
- that every event listing is accurate or complete;
- that an event will take place as advertised;
- availability of tickets;
- the quality, safety or legality of an event;
- conduct of organisers, attendees or third-party providers;
- uninterrupted availability of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
21. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the SPT.SN Privacy Policy.
Where optional technologies or processing require consent, users will be asked to provide consent separately where required by law.
22. Consumer complaints and dispute resolution
Questions or complaints concerning SPT.SN may be sent to:
office@aihub.pro
Alcor Consulting, poslovno svetovanje d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (IRPS) as competent for resolving consumer disputes, unless participation is required under applicable law.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
For consumers resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of habitual residence where such protections cannot legally be waived.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court determined under applicable law.
