SPT.SN is an online platform for discovering, searching, creating, publishing and sharing events and for connecting users around events and activities.

Information about events may originate from SPT.SN, event organisers, users, business users, third-party ticket providers and publicly available external sources.

SPT.SN may provide links or technical integrations that allow users to access ticketing, booking or other third-party services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant organiser, ticket seller or third-party service provider — and not Alcor Consulting, poslovno svetovanje d.o.o. — is the seller and contracting party for such tickets or services.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the SPT.SN name, design, software, platform structure and content created by SPT.SN are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, logos, event materials, photographs and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

User-generated content is subject to the SPT.SN Terms of Use.

4. Liability for external content

SPT.SN contains information supplied by users, event organisers and other third parties and may contain links to external websites and services.

SPT.SN does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices or transactions conducted through them.

Event information may change after it has been published. Users should verify important information such as date, time, location, availability, admission conditions and ticket prices with the relevant organiser or ticket provider before attending or purchasing.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

Alcor Consulting, poslovno svetovanje d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (IRPS) as competent for resolving consumer disputes unless participation in a particular procedure is required by applicable law.
